This week we had to create a presentation explaining our lead character. His name is Joe Gock. When then created 2 padlets that provided proof of his creativity and his kindness.

Joe gock was the best man ever  because he’s the one that put label’s on the fruit because he made his own box called the the gock broccoli box. Joe Gock also kept the kumara warm by inventing some underground heaters. This meant that kumara would grow quicker.

Walt Solve number problems with fractions

 Problem One: 2/3 of 78=52
1/3 of 78=26
We worked this out by using repeated addition: 26+26+26=58 or 3x26=58
Problem Two: We had to find 1/4 of 232 I split 200 and 32 because 200+32 =232
1/4 of 200=50
1/4 of 232=58
1/4 of 32=8

Did you know this crazy guy just dived into freezing cold water and he was wearing shorts nothing else just shorts.He must of been very hot.you might die if the temperature is very very low.if it is so icy and you swim with just short then you might die.”THAT IS SO CRAZY!!!”
